Daddy didn’t film this. He just edited out the two songs that I performed, and added the title.

Trucks. Specifically Bruder trucks. They are awesome in every way. I currently have a digger, a garbage truck (actually I have two garbage trucks but one stays at Nana’s), and a logging truck. I’ve been working hard and being a good listener and have saved up about $15 towards my next truck. It’s going to be a combine!

One of the coolest things about our new house is that we have a yard, and trees. This year I learned that they call it fall because all of the leaves fall off the trees. And into our yard. Daddy and I have spent many days raking the leaves and packing them into the rain barrels for pick-up. This weekend I had a lot of fun jumping in the giant pile that Daddy created.

Halloween is now my favourite event of the year. Mommy told me that I can go door-to-door and ask people for candy. And they give it to me. Lots of it. This year I dressed as Super Why. Norah was a polar bear.

Today I woke up and didn’t want to go to school. I should’ve trusted my gut and stayed home. Look at my arm.

Bitten!

This weekend we headed to Kingston to see Nana, Aunt Jen, Uncle Darrin and Cara. We lucked out with incredible weather., and decided to check out the Kingston Antique Market at Market Square. In recent years the square has been revitalized with new seating, and integrated ice rink, and a wonderful fountain. Happily the fountain water is chlorinated and clean so I took advantage of this and got to splashing!!!

After the fountain we found an apple cart and decided to take a break with Nana.

It’s hard to believe that I’m already old enough for school… but I am. And today was my first day. Here’s a pic of me just before we left home for school.

Every Saturday morning we head to the Etobicoke Farmers Market. I love the market. All of the vendors are super nice and always have samples for me to try. I do my best to try all of the tomatoes, from all of the vendors. Sometimes I’m lucky and one of them will give me a whole tomato. Which I eat like an apple. Oh yeah!

More than five weeks early my sister Norah arrived on Monday at 12:48pm on June 27, weighing in at 2.29kg (5.05lbs). Everyone is happy and healthy. Norah will stay in the NICU for the next couple of weeks to grow and be monitored. All signs point to her just being anxious to join the outside world. Mommy was released the next morning.

The tube in her nose is for feeding – and she hates it! She’s pulled it out many times.
